Wrong Billing

On 25.5. it is informed that my bill is debited with Rs.99 for downloading one game. The person, Shiji to whom i have talked could not gave any details regarding the quantum of dowloading i have done or the total time of downloading. She informed that it is recorded that one game is downloaded and an amount of rupees 99 is charged to me.

please request the concerned to reverse these charges..
