I hold an airtel mobile post paid connection and after paying my bill on the exact date and having the cheque been debited in the bank account, airtel had disconnected services to the mobile connection. they had sent a letter after one and a half months saying that they had wrongly credited the amount to someother account and they had reversed the account after one and a half months. all these days my mobile's outgoing was barred and the later bills are pending for payments now. i had written to the airtel authorities for the compensation of the line even after making payment for which they are dead ear and they promptly send their collection agent to my home for the pending dues. the worst ever customer service is provided by airtel mobile only in india. i still claim that i should get a waiver for the mistake what airtel had made and for the inconvenience caused in communication to me.
