Airtel prepaid life time validity deactivation

Dear Sir,

I am cheated by Airtel & by Shopkeeper (acting owner MrCheetan) who sold me

Airtel prepaid sim no 9731052167 to me. Ipurchased Airtel prepaid sim on

5th March including life timerecharge for Rs 999, from Venus

Telelinks, #336, DH Reddy Complex, Marathalli, Bangalore-37. During that time I submited my address

proof & photo required fordocumentation to shopkeer Mr Cheetan. After

calling for 2 days toshopowner it got activated. To my surprise the the

same sim wasdeactivated after 4 weeks. One person from airtel called my

dad (whois using this sim) in Kannada asking for documents ..which he

could notunderstand, movever he was travelling outside bangalore and my dad

toldhim all the document have been submitted to shopkeeper in English.

Finally it was deactivated. I went to shop... they told me approach

toAirtel office... Finally once again I submitted all these documents

toAirtel Jeevan Bimanagar on 13th May. I called every day to

Airteloffice customer care at 9845098450... every time they told me is

thatapplication server is down. Finally I got hold of Mr praveen

(whoclaims to be supervisor) in customer care ..he gives me surpirse

thatthe number is reclaimed and can't be reused. I went to shopowner

MrChetan who is very arrogant in his approach asked to fight with

Airteloffice... finally he agreed to come to Airtel office Jeevan bima nagar

tosort out the isssue at 11 am on 30th May. But he did not turn up

toAirtel office... Mr Ravi of Branch Incharge Jeevan Beema Nager

conveyedto me after calling Area Manager... probably my address

verification isnot found. To my surprise I am staying in same house for 11

Years. Nowshopkeeper does not refund my charges and also Airtel office

asked mebuy new prepaid sim. First I would request you to stop selling sim

to Venus Telelinks and get my amout refunded... secondly I would request to take action against

staff in Airtel who is resposibile for my misery...

I have proof that that Mr Cheetan has taken back my sim on 19th May which he has not returned to me inspite of me going to shop for 5 times.

I have decided to gofor Vodafone now.
