Dear Sir,
I have applied for an Airtel Broadband connection on 20-07 having
order bo24830. I paid Rs 1000/- by cheque for the same to Bharti Aritel Ltd. I was told that my connection will be available to me with in 2 to 3 days. After 3 days when I called up they told me that they can't provide the connection due to technical problem. I asked them to refund my amount and documents. I recieved a mail from the customer care from Airtel that they will respond me in by 7th of August. But aftet that there is no follow up from Airtel, When I called up they say it will take around 45 days for them to get back the money. So far my documents are concerned they are saying they will not return that. I am loss of words at the attitude of the Airtel management.
