Non-extention of validity

Sub: Non-extenstion of Validity

I have paid a sum of Rs.399 towards recharge for the above phone on 10th March on the basis of SMS offer received from your company stating that by paying Rs.399/- I can get validity for 180 days. I have remitted the above amount through your franchise M/s Rams Mart, 7th Main Road, Thiruvalluvar Nagar, Tiruvanmiyur, Chennai 600 041. But I have received the confirmation message confirming my validity only till 7th June instead of 7th September.

When I made enquiries through the dealer I was told normally you will get another message after 24 hours of your remittance for the revised validity from your end. But till date, I have not received any confirmation message from you confirming my validity period till September.

I hope atleast on receipt of this, I will get a proper reply from your end.
