I am frustrated complaining tirelessly for non-delivery of dvds on time after pick up request has been sent. when called customer care, standard answer is your complain is fwd and you will get dvd asap (god know if they know meaning of asap). when asked for contacting supervisors, he is never present in office at that time.
Do we have the contact number of any senior management of the company or address where we can meet them. I am think of filing a consumer court complain. I need my money back!!!
Stay away from any Reliance group companies, don't invest in them, don't deal with them any way, I had learnt this lesson when I was having their phone. They make lofty promises, show big dreams, but execution of them is 0. I don't know why I got tempted for big flix.
Let me know how can we file a consumer complaint.
