I purchased BIG TV 2190 pack on 30th Nov. 2008 and activated on the same day. It was working. On 05.12.08 I noticed STB not working. On 06.12.08 i registered complain No. 82266503 and since that day I had already called to costumer care not less than 30 times. Every time they assured me to solve the problem sortly but no action taken till date.
Today my smart card no. 200649662039 is showing deactivated when I made a SMS for balance inquiry.
What to do with these poor service providers.
