Complaint for Bajaj Pulsar Bike

Dear Sir,

This is in refrence to the persistent problem in the Bajaj Pulsar that I had bought from one of the dealer, the detail of purchase of bike is given below:

Owner's Name: Sushma

Dealer: Bagga Link (Karol Baugh New Delhi)

MODEL: Bajaj Pulsar DTSI 150 CC

After 8 month ownwards of purchase I had been facing a severe problem in the engine, despite of regular servicing.

On 7th March I took the complaint to Bagga Link Service Station at Mahipalpur, New Delhi where I did the regular servicing..

On my complaint they had repaired the engine, as they say and confirmed that there would be no further problem in the engine.

On 22nd June After 3 months I had got the engine replaced, I was facing the same problem. I again informed the same service station, they said that the cylinder kit was affected and they cannot spend more on my bike as they have constraint.

They convinced me that if you put fresh engine oil and run 500 km, they will be able to help me. I again went to them with replaced engine oil to the same service station with engine oil completly dried after 500 km. They took my bike on the other side and falsely fill a used engine oil from another bike and said that my bike has no problem and i need to spend more money to get it repaired.

Now, please help me. I want my engine replaced or bike replaced as I am facing a severe problem and my life is at hell after purchasing a new bike
