The birla sunlife insurance company collected cheques for reinstatement of policy but cheques were not encashed for 6 months and took another cheques after 30 days were encashed by the company. This resulted in lapsation of policies as this was submitted by the company before the insaurance ombudsmen and showed their willingness to reinstate the policies which were refused/agreed by me.

The presiding officer in his judgement clearly agreed upon the deficiency of service. This episode gave me unnecessary mental agony and tention caused by the company.
