I live in Faridabad and I had bought Blackberry 9500 Vodafone set in the month of June 09 and after two month I have faced the problem in my set and it has been asked me to give your set to Vodafone centre and they will provide the service. I have given my set to Vodafone Service Centre, Nehru Ground Faridabad and it was told to me that you will get back your set in 15 days.
Now as already 25 sets have been passed and I am trying to get the information about my set but no one is responding me. I called 4-5 times in Vodafone centre, either the represntative do not pick up the phone and if it picks up then they told that they dont have any information and will come back later.
I am really fed up and dont know to whom I should approach to get my set back.
