I purchased a ladies trouser balck stretchable for Rs.249/(Rupees Two Hundred and forty nine only) on 18-08 from D mart Malad West in good faith. It is highly ridiculous to find that it is a second hand one, with clear evidence to this effect. Two handstiched repairs are seen on this with the knee part slightly worn out due to constant use. (I have opened the trouser for wearing only today). I feel this is an act of cheating customers. No words can explain the filthy behaviour of the store. No store is expected to sell second hand clothes to any customer whatsoever. The bill and payment details are retained with me.
Iam unable to contact them, as they do not have an email id or website. Iam sure not to get any response if I send a letter by post. Icannot personally approach them as I am stationed at Cochin.
Kindly inform the store and take necessary action against them immediately for cheating me. They need to return the full value of the trousers and compensate me for the trouble and negative feeling I had in a transaction with them. Also, their store has to be checked for verifying the nature of goods sold by them as first hand. They should not humiliate their customers like this and grab our money by selling used rags.
