One CD was sent (Consignment no- 207857086) from Gurgaon to Cuttack through Blazeflash and it has not reached since one week! The CD was sent in a cover that says it has a CD. When contacted on your phones, 011-43565700, 43565712 at 6:30 pm no one answers, and their website says you answer until 7:00 pm! And before an hour when my wife called, someone on this number, some girl, hung up on her saying that it was sent as a document and she is not going to answer any more!
