Non availability of my consignment

Hi,

My uncle have sent me a courier on 23/11/10 from Indore to Nasik details as follows:

Dated : 23.11.10

From: Indore to Nashik

Its being a week and yet I have not received the courier, I have taken several follow up with the courier service but there is no one to give me the exact track of my courier.

Hope to have a help from your side as the document in the courier is very important and I dont have anyother copy of it.
