I purchase the window ac of bluestar last year in the june month, in the current year when i try to use ac at that time there is no cooling than i complain to the dealer and after 10 days when no action taken by dealer than i contact to bluestar and after a week the complain is solved but when i use the ac for two days then again same problem is occured. again after 10 days the problem is solve but when i use ac for 10 days the same problem is come again and i complain to blue star dated 21-06 and the complain no is 21022 but till today no action is taken by the company.
i feel that blue star product and service quality in worse in india therefore i request the govt to plz stop this type of company to do business in the indian market.
