BMTC
Issue of tickets

Hi All,

I travel be BMTC bus daily from Hebbal to ITPL. Today I got into Bus No. KA-01, FA-773, Route No.304 M, from Mahadevapura to ITPL. The bus fare from Mahadevapura to ITPL is 10/- Rs. But, the conductor gave 7/- Rs. ticket and did not gave the change, when I asked about it, he told, it is 10/-Rs, then when I asked, why have you given 7/- Rs.ticket he did not speak and went behind. I'm observing this many days, he's doing the same thing to many passengers, when they ask also he shouts and behaves very rude.

Here, passengers are not losing any thing, but BMTC is losing the profit. As said above, I gave 10/- Rs but got the ticket of 7/-Rs, so, conductor got 3 /-Rs for himself and he'll show 7 /- Rs to BMTC.

Please take necessary actions on the said route conductor.
