Non delivery of gas in time

I have a gas connection with Bharat Ratan Stat City Gas Service Taranagar distt. churu (raj.). The agency is booking the gas after 21 days. Last time I booked for a cylinder on 07/11 but we have not received the delivery till date. Please help me and ask your agency holder to supply the gas in time.
