About a month ago i started getting calls for applying for callertunes..
i always use to cut those calls
one morning when i picked up my phone, i saw a message (not sms) showing that rs.15 have been cut from your account
i did not know what it was for but my friend told i had got callertune (tujhme rab dikhta hai from RNBJ) even though i did not apply for it!!!
again after around 3-4 days i got the same message according to which now my callertune was Haulle haulle from the same movie
i called customer support but the person said that i applied for it
i told him 4-5 times i did not do so
finally he said do you (me) want to stop such calls and stop the callertune and i replied with a yes
STILL I AM GETTING THOSE CALLS AND FROM ABOUT A MONTH AGO MY BALANCE HAS BEEN DEDUCTED BY rs.2 (1 for the plan (10 ka gang) and 1 for the callertune!!!)
from 6-7 days my frnds and family told that the calletune is not there any more
NOW MY BALANCE is Rs.-1.94
and today i got a message that the callertune service has been withdrawn from now because of the balance!!!
I DEMAND A REFUND AND WANT TO STOP SUCH CALLS!!

also the same thing (unapplied callertune) happened to my mother once and she has the former song that i had even though she did not apply for it
