BPL / LOOP mobile is based in Mumbai area mainly and in the heart of mumbai which is Nariman point / churchgate only there service is very pathetic the worst moble network coverage in mumbai. even when u call them 9870294462 their so call relationship manager is also no good no action taken only useless talking
