Regarding recharge problem through on line

Hello Sir,

I am using BPL prepaid mobile service. There is an option in internet banking to recharge prepaid mobile. I recharged through ICICI bank through on line today 1hrs before. But i did not get any recharge. When i had talked to BPL mobile customer care they told me to wait 48hrs for that. Because they have no information regarding that. I have also told to my transaction no and requesting to put a complain. But she denay me to put complain and suggest me to wait at least 24 hrs. I am also mentioning my transaction report here. Please look into it.
