Dear Sir/Madam

I took a Braclays Credit Card number 4339 xxxx xxxx 8641 in month of July and made my first transaction in month of October. In the month of November I received a bill from Barclays Credit Card division of Rs 11, 796.10. However to my surprise, apart from the routine transactions, I had done, there was an extra bill of Rs 6, 000 along with service tax of Rs 741.60. I called them and gave a complaint that I have not asked for this. On this, the representative attending my call told that you can pay the balance (excluding the Priority Circle bill and Service Tax) and they will send the complaint and get back to me later.

However, there was another bill in December of Rs 7, 359.20. When I called customer care, they told that this is for the Priority Circle due which I am supposed to pay. I asked them that in past their representative had told me to pay the balance and they will get back to me, however none of them got back to me and now I get this bill with an interest on it and that too for the transaction I had not committed to pay. Based on my complaint, he asked me to contact Priority Circle Branch in Hyderabad and gave me their contact number (040-40044081).

When I called up the Priority Circle number in Hyderabad, they said that it cannot be reversed. I informed them that I cannot pay for the transaction which I had not done. I spoke to the senior officials too in the Priority Circle in Hyderabad; however they expressed their inability to reverse it. I asked them their address of Priority Circle in Hyderabad, so that I can talk to them directly, they expressed their inability to give it. I tried calling several times to customer care as well as Priority Circle, but the reply was same and none of them were willing to give their address or helping to reverse the amount. I also send a complaint to [email protected] / [email protected] however none of them reverted back to me on this issue.

After December 31st everyday I am getting a call and message on my mobile to pay the amount and I am conveying them that I am not going to pay for the transaction I have not done, however they are not stopping it.

When I went through the net looking for the Priority Circle address, I could see only complaints and complaints against this Priority Circle of Barclays Credit Card and only people being harassed with it.

I am really disgusted with the Credit Card from this bank and would like you to help us to sue them for billing people wrongly, for mental harassment and disturbing others peace of mind.
