NOT ATTENDING ANY SERVICE

Dear all,

I have purchased one window LG A/C from Brand Axis perunkudi (Now shifted to kodampakam) 11.05. during the purchase time the company Owner Mr. Arun been informed as well as one service card which indicates 4 free service, so far no free service done by Mr. Arun and i have been giving call weekly thrice from the date of purchase. There is no response from him and bluffing a lot. Please take immediate necessary on this regard.
