I had opted for a policy name bright star for the term of 20 years for annual premium of 24000 on 040309.On 090309 policy no-500-3074647 was issued to me and i accepted it with 1588.03 units @7.61 rate. But company presented the HDFC bank cheque in local clearing so cheque got delayed and could not cleared. Because of company's fault i my policy got cancelled. After that once again one another policyno-500-3324703 issued to me with 1368 units @8.69 paisa without my knowldge by issuing a written letter with the reason for not debiting funds for last policy.but till now money for second policy has not been debited and nav of units has reached to 10.50 approx.i have been facing a loss 5000 approx. I have talked to advisor but he is saying we have forwaded the matter. I have given compalint in contact centre but the are not replying. Now You suggest me should I go to consumer court for not compensating me and becoz of them if something had happened to me what would have happened to my family.this policy was issued to me from dwarka branch sec-04 of new delhi by Milap Sethi financial Officer. I would appreciate if you interfare in this matter and try to provide me justice. I will be thankful to you.
