Delay in disconnection

I am using the internet facility for the last 4-5 months, the number is 01244275499. i wanted it to shift it another address i requested for the same on 10 oct i was told dat i need to clear my outstanding that was 1340 before i could get it shifted which i cleard i made the payment through a credit card. now after almost 1 month i was told that it couldnt be shifted then i requested for the disconnection of the same number andits already been 1 week and no action has been taken as yet. now if it is not done quickly i m not going to pay anymore.
