Last month your broadband sales executive Mr. Darshit Thakkar came to me for broadband connection,

I have given payment of Rs. 3010/ 00 by chequ of dt.25/042009 in favor of GTPL . he had given promise to install connection within 7 days . i have call him so many times he had reply me that i will gate refund.

but still today no refund or no connection do some thing
