Broadband Connection
Amount not refunded

Hi Sir,

My Name is naveen and i am a resident of Noida in B 111 sec 55 NOIDA. I had made a payment of Rs 350/- Twice to the Airtel Executive to get an Airtel Broadband connection at my home. At that time the executive told me that he will intalled connection with in 24 hours of the payment. But after a long wait they told me that its not possible to install the connection at sec 55 due to some technical problem. Also they told me that you will get your whole of the amout back (Refund via Check) at your Doorstep with in 15 days..But till yet after a month and half i had not received even a call nor my refund amout check of 350 350=700/- at my doorstep.

I request you to please refund my whole of the amount ASAP. I am sending you the details of the executive from the Airtel who had receieved my cash,

I am also waiting to hear a call from your custom care executive regarding the issue before i went to the Consumer court in NOIDA.
