Sir, I am not able to access my internet for last 1 week, even after repeated complaints being filed for 4 days. This is a real discomfort and a sign of bad customer service on your part. kindly look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible. waiting in anticipation for restart of connection. dated- 31 aug net not working since 24 aug
