I hold a new new Broadband connection. Got it just two weeks ago and it worked fine for 3 days after that the connection stopped working. The Broadband connection is on the landline number 08025254001. My broadband connection has stopped working from the 15th of Jan 08. I have repeatedly called the call center and have 3 different complaint numbers. Every time I call them the representative will do all the troubleshooting possible and then say that its a problem with either my line or the server on your end and give me a new complaint number and say that it will be fixed in 24 to 48hrs. Nothing has happened still. Many times I call them and they put me on hold and hang up. I have tried calling many times to no avail. I have not been able to use my broadband connection. Its been more than more than a month now and nobody has tried fixing my connection. I have listed all my complaint numbers at the end of this mail.
I have even mailed the Nodal Officer of my area over 15days ago and have not gotten any response so far..
I'm writing to you as a last resort. I'm a new user of BSNL broadband services and have had a very bad experience from the beginning. If this doesnt work then I will have to cancel my connection and go to a competitor. Iam hoping that you can provide me with a prompt and proper solution. I never expected to have such a bad experience with BSNL.
