Respected Sir,

I am D.S.Malhotra from TUGHALKABAD EXTENTION New Delhi-110019.

After replacing of old METRES in place of new digital METRES. My bill amount was approx Rs 50, 000.

After going so many times to B.S.E.S office in GREATER KAILASH PART-2 to clear doubts that how it become so much amont no one hears our voice.

After paying that amount on any cost then after few months i went for the refund of the amount then also no one listen to us. My consumption of electricity of two months is Rs 1000.

Till now the approx amount is Rs 47000which is a advane to them.

I REQUEST YOU PLEASE HELP ME TO REFUND THAT AMOUNT.
