Excess unexplainable bill charged

I have subscribed for the Broadband service with 500C plan which include rental free landline service and 175 free calls from the month of May but incpite of that i have been charged for the rental for the month of May and Jane and have received only 50 free calls for the months my consumer no. is 125530.
