Missing of sim card with mt handset

Sir,

I am priya. my card no is 9962921156. but i got this number through my another friend identity card (M. Saravanan - Driving license No - F/TN/045/029344). now i misplaced my handset with simcard. so please kindly take immediate action to block my sim card to avoid further problems.
