This is to inform you that I had submitted my claim form more than a year

But there was due to some reason its getting rejected

Finally I hv recd a receipt and the date mentioned as 10/07/08

But I didn't recd so far

Kindly arrange to settle my PF at the earliest and confirm the same

Pse do the needful
