Dear Si/ Madam
It is to bring it to your kind notice that I have insured my car with your company and my policy is coming to renewal on 16th August, but till today i have not received my renewal notice. I am not understanding why your local office is not sending renewal notice to me. Till today four other company executives are approached me to get policy but no executive of our company approached. It is how your people are working.
It is the third year with your company that is why i am very much interested again to renewal my car and you may be noted that I have two cars and i suggested all of my friends to get insure their vehicles with our company but your people are not at all following the even existing customers also.
It is very very very bad from your part.
Please let me know your company is interested are not to renew my policy. Give me urget reply.
