CARRIER AIRCON SERVICE NEGLEGIENCY

Purchased a window 1.5 ton AC in June in Gurgaon Haryana.

I relocated myself to Haridwar in Dec after duely informing your service helpline. I even discussed about uninstalling and transfer package if any.

Till May my ac was woking fine in haridwar. Thereafter i Launched a complaint for THIRD FREE SERVICE AND COOLING NOT PROPER ON 12.05.09.(Ref No. 186)

To my astonishment the complaint was not attended for more than a week. I recomplained on 25.05.09 (Ref No. 392). NO RESPONSE ALSO THEREAFTER.

On 24.06.09 My complaint was not registered saying that your warranty has expired. I was given the no. of Mr. Gulshan (ghaziabad) Who suggested that nothing can be done as warranty has lapsed. I was even told about some internal matters of dealers network etc etc.

My query is, when my complaint was not attended for more than 1 month, were the officials waiting for warranty to lapse and make some money.

Mr. Tomar - Service head discussed the issue with Mr. Rajeev Uttam who inturn promised immediate support. No support provided till date.
