Very very Poor service

Dear All,

Hi, My name is Ankit shukla. From last two times i hae given my bike (Discover, UP32, BM6701) for servicing in Bike Zone (RV Motors, Namratha Mansion, #48, Outer Ring Road, Nagwara Junction, Arabic College Post, Bangalore 560045).

This time i had given my bike on 30th Sep for servising, where they have changed the clutch plate & other things & charged me1700Rs). When i got my bike after service i told them engine voice is coming & they said it will be correct aftr driving some time.aftyer that i drove my bike for 10 days & wentto my native for Diwali.

I came back on 22nd & drove my bike for 6 days more & found that voice has become too much so i took the bike to the same place. I showed it to them & they said they have open the engine & see wht is the problem. They told me to give the bike for servicing after two days then thew will see. They also found that engine oil was burn so they put some engine oil & asked me to come after two day.

But next day only while coming back from my office, my bike got stopped & kick was jamed. Then i gave a call to them & asked themto take the bike & make it correct

Now they are saying my bike engine has gone & they are asking me to pay more than 5000Rs. But my concern is with in a month time how this can be happened?? Also if condition was bad why have they not updated me. I feel while doing the servicing they forgot to fill the oil which caused the engine problem. Or something they have done wrong.

this is a pathetic service. I have gone to this place because of Castrol but they have just chated me.
