Defective pen

Please note tht I purchsedone CELLO Executive Gold pen (MRP Rs 75) to gift my son on his birthday. On opening the gift pack my son noticed that it got leaked. The store from I purchased the gift denied that there is no replacement for same. I want to convey my sorrow and grief about quality and standard of your pen and after sales complaints. Can I expect a replacement for your defective pen. My details are-
