Not received my Balance

Dear Sir,

My Cellone SIM contains a package for adding Rs. 150/- every month between 1-7 day. But from last few months i didn't get it in stipulated time. When i called Customer Care Center they don't response properly and drop the call.

Till the date i don't get my amount.

Please help.
