I Had sent so many mails to HSBC Bank, but for no use, I had mailed regarding misbehaving by one customer care exectutive, and regarding they have put finanical sevices charges and service tax, since I had deposited the cheque on 27.07.2007 in M.G.Road HSBC Office for Rs. 33, 729/- bearing cheque No.837460, and some renovation was going on in the M.G.Road HSBC branch, this is a lapse of HSBC, I had despostied in time that to your part. I had filed an complaint regarding Non-Receipt of Credit Card Statement on 14.07.2007 vide HSBC Reference No.2707600930. That you can verify it from the system. Since I have asked for the statement which was about to be received monthly by 12th of every month. Accordingly, I did not paid finance charges Rs.2158.45 and Rs. 266.16 as service tax, simply they had reversed late fee, since I had deposited the cheque in M.G. HSBC branch some renovation was going on in the ATM, they are showing clearance on 8th, this is a tactics applied by the HSBC to charge late charge moreover, I had complaint regarding Non-Receipt of Credit Card Statement on 14.07.2007 vide HSBC Reference No.2707600930. now I am paying Rs. 2827/- for the month September after deducting Rs.2158.45 and Rs. 266.16 as service tax 572.16 finance charges and Rs. 70.72 service tax. as per your statement Rs. 5872.12 Since I had deposited in time due to your banks lapse, I am not paying Finance Charge Rs.2158.45 and Rs. 266.16 as service tax 572.16 finance charges and Rs. 70.72 service tax. so I am dropping cheque of Rs. 2827/- for the month September. And have destroyed the HSBC Credit Card bearing No.4476 9299 92419421. I do not want to continue the credit card further. And they have also not redeemed my 876 points and since 29.07.2007 I closed my credit transaction with HSBC bearing no.4476929992419421, they are putting interest since then, now as on 30 march they are showing 11, 321/-. I have made so many mails regarding this and they are not given satisfactory reply and they have simply harassing me since being government servant, we are hand to mouth, and they are unnecessaryily troubling me, I have made so many email complaints to hsbc.co.in the reference Case No. is as under 3105646, 3081789, 3207979, KMM3945631123LOKM, KMM4638921123LOKH.
and as a privelege customer they had offer 3 lakhs pre approved loan, but I rejected since being govt. employee we were not in the position to take that pre approved loan.
In view of the above kindly take nesscary action against the bank.
