Hi,

This is Kamiya. I have had a vodafone connection from the year 2005 till 2011. I was always happy with their service and so wished to continue with them all these years. But in May vodafone got 3G services and activated internet services by default on all Iphone mobiles. Since i was using an Iphone i got a huge bill amount. I informed vodafone regarding this and told them that i never used vodafone internet and i was being charged for no want of mine. A lady agreed and promised to give me a waiver of Rs 1000 over the next 6 months if i agreed to pay the bill then. When i asked her to send me a mail in writing she asked me to think again and cut the call. Since then i had been having issues with them till Sep 2011. I requested for a deactivation in June after clearing due amount from my end leaving them to correct the billing issues. THey did not discontiue my connection and tried to charge me with onthly rental after that as well. There were times when i was expecting important information from my credit cards or bank to be sent to my registered vodafone mobile number but those days due to exceeding of bill charges my connection was temporarily deactivated. This has caused a lot of loss and vodafone still continues to harass me to pay thier bill. Request you to please look into this. I have mail proofs of all the communication i had with vodafone and also the billing errors they made.
