There is one provision from your esteemd organisation to provide one passport to the customer and some gifts are being given on points earned. But unfortunately even after one year I didnt get that Passport from your authorised dealer, i.e from Chandan Automobiles. Kankarbagh, Patna.
From the date of purchase I am trying to get it, but all the time they are trying to avoid me and I was told to come tomorrow, I dont know why. I visited to office more than twenty times but did not get so called passport. Please look into the matter, dealers like Chandan Automobiles. Kankarbagh, Patna is distroying your credit and marketing strategy also. I am an official of National Insurance Co. Ltd with whom your company has tie- up, but unfortunately I am facing this problem.
