INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK, T. NAGAR BRANCH, CHENNAI 17

I have paid filing fees at your (IOB) T.Nagar Branch today (3.2.09) around 11.30 AM. But after payment for the same, I was informed that the receipt only be given the next day. I wish to bring to your kind notice if similar payment paid to other nationalized bank, they give the receipt within hanf an hour. Inspite of my representative informing you that today is the last day of the appeal, still they insist they will give at 4.00 pm. It is the high time, you improve your serives and please note that you are a public sector bank and accountable to public.
