CHILDREN SHOES, PG SC-71-951974
BADLY DAMAGE OF SHOES WITHIN 5 MONTH FROM DATE OF PURCHASE

Dear sir

I purchased two nos shoes on 25.01.2009 vide bill no-2316 from Laxmina commercial company, shop no-5, chadda Crescent, CHS ltd, sector-17, vashi, navi-mumbai-400703, Telephone-27890053.

PG SC of both shoes are 71-951974 and 2-174920. One shoe PG SC no 71-951974 got badly damage and return back to above shop on 29.06.2009 but till today no decision has been taken . also he is not aware how many days requires for taking decision for replacement.

you are requested to take NA for emediate replacement to avoide any further action from my side.
