I have taken the DVD library membership of Cinema Paradiso on 01/04. the Deposit money was 3000/- in Koregaon Park, Pune Branch.
The lsat time I visited their store, it was closed.
on the same forum i found a number (044-42110900) of their Chennai headoffice on a similar complaint launched by a customer.
but when I called on that number i was given another number (044-32931461). but my call was not answered on this number.
3000/- is not a small amount and if this DVD rental Library has duped thousands of customers, you can imagine the scale of crime they are committing.
