Unnecessary deduction from balance

I have deactivated my gprs by sending sms from last week.

but after it i recieve message that ur requesy has been registered and u will get confirmation sms within 4 hrs. but still my balance is deducted by Rs 15 every day

i have also called cust care but the problem is not yet been solved
