TO WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN
THIS IS TO INFORM YOU ALL CONCERN FROM RELIANCE SERVICE SUPPORT OR CLASSIC SERVICE SUPPORT.
I have purchased Reliance Classic 702 CDMA Mobile set on 11-02 from Enkay Infocom, Shop No. 15, Sector-8, R.K Puram, New Delhi.
Now some days back I was facing problem i.e please insert UIM number, frequently switch off, headphone not working than I went to Reliance Service Centre on 16/09/08 " REDINGTON INDIA LIMITED" S-3, Green Park Ext, New Delhi - 110016. After one week with regular followups on 25/09/08 I got to know that the phone is not repairable and they issue me D.O.A and ask me to get in touch with Enkay Infocom for new mobile hand set.
On 25/09/08 than I went to Enkay Infocom and got to know that Mobile will replace only if i will provide Mobile BOX along with Charger and battery.
On 26/09/08 I took a Off from my office and again went to Enkay Infocom for Mobile Phone replacement along all accessories (original battery and charger) and they refuse to replace my faulty mobile set because I could not able produce Mobile BOX. As I was not aware that otherwise I should have kept that Reliance Mobile Packing BOX in MY LOCKER.
I would sincerely request you to please replace my Mobile hand set with next few day other wise I will take this case to consumer court or any judicatory court because with communication I am unable to concentrate on my work.
I could not think Organisation like Reliance come up with this of non reliable Mobile Classic Hand Sets. I request all of you who will see this mail please don't think about Reliance Classic Mobile Handsets.
