Classic- 703
My cell phone charger point is not working, and the FM radio setting is horrible

I purchased a Reliance Classic-703 model phone one month ago and i am facing lots of problem like it charger is not working, the charger point in mobile is not working and when i went to Reliance Web World they told me that i need to go to the service station near FC Road, Pune. But there is no service station near to FC road, If any body can help me with Classic Handset service station's address in Pune???
