Complaint for changing of pump (which is noising & giving intermitant water supply), was lodged at authorised service centre of Jabalpur (MP) on friday 13-03-09 but they are not changing the pump saying that it is ok & are insisting for renewal of sevice contract /changing of cartridges etc. first & moreover my service contract is already valid from 30/03 t0 29/03.
Please do the needful & arrange to replace the pump immediatly.
