Hi,

I booked a ticket on October 1 for a round trip of Delhi - Cairo. The tickets were canceled on Dec 11. Since it was a paper ticket, I sent the ticket the very next day to Cleartrip office in Mumbai via a courier, which was received on Dec 15 by cleartrip officials.

I was promised that within 14 working days I will receive my refund and till now I haven't. I have calling up the officials at cleartrip on a daily basis and what I hear is that, the Airlines have not refunded the money to cleartrip.

Why do I have to suffer in all this? Since its a big amount, I am having trouble paying back the credit card money.

The trip id is 809280726.

Airline - Gulf Airlines.

Someone please help me!
