Attempt to overcharge post payment

I booked ticket with 'cleartrip' for my wife and child (Mumbai-London-Mumbai), yesterday. I chose them over other options to buy from 'makemytrip', other agents and the Airlines directly. Infact they were costlier than 'makemytrip' even post negotiations.

I paid them Rs 53, 500/- within 2 hrs of the confirmation and submitted all the documents as desired by them much ahead of 6.00 PM deadline define by them which was duly acknowledged by them.

However instead of delivering / mailing me the tickets they initiated a blackmail in the in the late evening (night infact) asking for additional amount and threatening to refund the entire amount knowing fully well that the rates elsewhere would have gone up drastically.

They were also calling from a number which could not be reached back leaving me in a dilemma. I immediately corresponded with them and send them my POV which was

No change in the airline

No change in the date of travel

No additional payment

No refund

I also gave them a time limit which has not been honored.

I would like you to guide me on how do I protect myself.
