I was suppose to pay Rs 26, 000 which i payed before my due date by cheque.bt due to some problm from your side it did not reach on time. then i recieved a cal from your delhi office mr satish kumar told me to pay Rs 700 so there wil be no due in the next statement. i have made that payment olso. still this time it is showin Rs 4000 balance. i m not understanding what is the problem and why should i pay anything when i have already cleared my account.
