Egarding the removal of the caller tune

Dear Sir,

I had lodged a complaint regarding the removal of the calller tune of the mobile number 9440055370 but still no response . when I speak to the customer care they say that I have to send a message but before activating the caller tune they did not demand me any such thing. This should had been done earlier and not now. Hence try to take an early step in my case and if any delay is made I will disconnect the phone itself.
